To make sure that no question goes unanswered regarding your holiday here in the beautiful Meran area, we have put together a concise-easy-reference guide of everything you need to know for your stay here at the Romantik Hotel Oberwirt. All rates are quoted per person per day and include our vast gourmet breakfast and countless additional Oberwirt inclusive services.
The above rates are quoted exclusive of local tax, which is charged at € 2,50 per person per day (14 years old and over). This tax is not included in your hotel bill, and is a contribution towards the preservation of the natural and cultural heritage of our region.
A hearty breakfast buffet is included in the price of your room, as is access to the AMADEA Spa with indoor pool, outdoor pool, a variety of saunas, fitness room and more Inklusive services.
Rooms and suites will be ready from 3 pm on your day of arrival and should be vacated by 11 am on your day of departure. Please let us know if you will be arriving after 6 pm.
A 10% surcharge is applied for stays of less than three nights. We reserve the right to request a minimum-stay reservation during public holidays such as, for example, Easter.

You can pay your bill at the hotel by credit card (Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard, American Express), EC-Card or by cash. Please note that there is a maximum cash limit in Italy. If you wish, you can also settle your bill by bank transfer prior to your arrival.

In case of cancellation up to 2 weeks before arrival we do not charge any fees. Until 1 week before arrival we will charge you 30% and in the last week before arrival we will charge you 70% of the agreed total price. In case of late arrival or early departure we charge the total booked arrangement price.
In the event that you should have to cancel your booked holiday, we recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance policy. We will send you the documents with your reservation confirmation. The travel cancellation insurance must be taken out at the time of booking. If this should not be the case, insurance cover will only be valid from the 10th day after the premium has been paid.
All rooms are equipped with radio, satellite TV, safe, fridge bar, hairdryer, slippers, bathrobe and wellness bag.
