All listed prices are per person per day, including our rich gourmet breakfast and numerous additional Oberwirt inclusions.

The listed prices are plus € 3.70 tourist tax per person per day (from 14 years old). This fee is not included in the total price of your stay and is considered a contribution to the preservation of the natural and cultural treasures of our region.

The room price includes a rich breakfast buffet, use of the AMADEA Spa with indoor pool, outdoor pool, sauna area, fitness room, and other inklusive services.

Rooms and suites are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Departure should be by 11:00 AM. If you are arriving after 6:00 PM, we kindly ask you to inform us.

For stays of less than three nights, an additional charge of approximately 10% will be applied. We reserve the right to set a minimum stay requirement during holidays such as Easter.

• 0 to 3 years: € 35.00 per day
• 3 to 6 years: € 55.00 per day
• 6 to 12 years: € 65.00 per day
• 12 years and older: € 89.00 per day

You can settle your bill on-site using a credit card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, American Express) or debit card. For cash payments, a maximum limit applies according to Italian law. If you prefer, you can also make a bank transfer before your vacation begins.

For cancellations up to 2 weeks before the start of your stay, no fees will be charged. Cancellations made up to 1 week before arrival will incur a charge of 30%, and for cancellations within the last week before arrival, 70% of the agreed total price will be charged. In case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge the full booked arrangement price.

In case you are unable to take your planned vacation, we recommend our Travel Cancellation Insurance. The insurance must be purchased at the time of booking. If purchased later, the coverage will only begin 10 days after the premium payment. You can take out the Travel Cancellation Insurance here!

All rooms are equipped with a radio, satellite TV, in-room safe, minibar, hairdryer, bath slippers, bathrobes, and wellness bag.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome at the Oberwirt. We provide each dog with a freshly washed blanket, as well as a water and drinking bowl. Please understand that dogs are not allowed access to the swimming pool, sunbathing area, wellness area, or the restaurant. Cost: € 30 per day.
