Notes on the prices

For a stay of less than three nights, a 10% surcharge will be made. We reserve the right to set a minimum stay during holidays such as Easter.

All rooms are equipped with radio, satellite TV, safe, minibar, hair-dryer, bath slippers and bath robes.

Arrival: from 3 pm
Departure: up to 11 am

If you will be arriving after 6 pm, please let us know in advance.

Children in their parents’ room
including breakfast:

up to age of 3: free
age 3 to 6: € 35 per day
age 6 to 12: € 40 per day

Half-board for gourmets
Do you prefer a traditional half-board arrangement?
Then in addition to the rich breakfast buffet, book a dinner with a choice of five-course menus, supplemented by a crisp, fresh salad buffet. Half-board surcharge € 33 per person and day.

À la carte Romantik restaurant
In our three cosy a la carte rooms or, if weather permits, in the garden for guests, we serve culinary specialities from our extensive menu every day.

Please note: for the evening arrival, you need to tell us your culinary preferences when making a reservation.

Internet access
Our guests have an Internet Point and a wireless LAN connection in our hotel lounge (both free of charge).

Parking space
Our private outside car park is at your disposal; we charge € 9 for our underground car park per day

Dogs
Are welcome on request. Charge: € 15 per day
We hope you will understand that dogs do not have access to the swimming pool and deckchair area, the sun terrace, the whole wellness and beauty area or the Franz Liszt room. We would be grateful if you would leave your dogs in the room during dinner. For those who prefer to bring their four-legged friends with them, a reservation can be made in the Bauernstube or Jägerstube.

Payment
Please note that there is a limit of Euro 1.000.- for cash payments
in Italy, according to law Art. 12 DL Nr. 201/2011.
You can pay your bill by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
It is also possible to make a transfer in advance to our bank account n. 423/5, IBAN IT85R0813458560000300004235, Swift RZSBIT21018, Raiffeisenkasse Marling.


Loyalty card
We will reward your stay in our hotel with loyalty points. Take the opportunity: you get one stamp for each night stayed in the Oberwirt. After 28 stamps you get a free night including breakfast.

Insurance against cancellation
Just in case of the unexpected forcing you to cancel your planned holiday, we recommend insurance to cover the costs incurred. We will send you details with the confirmation of your reservation.

Cancellation conditions
In the absence of insurance, the following conditions apply: for cancellation up to two weeks before the start of the stay, no charge is made. Up to one week before the start, we will charge 30%, and in the final week before the start we will charge 70% of the cost. In the case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge for the entire stay that was booked.
