Our single rooms (approx. 20 m2) are furnished in part with king-size beds (1.5 x 2.1 m), bath or shower & WC plus balcony. Our rooms are uniques. Variations from images and ground-plans are possible.

Our larger superior double rooms (approx. 30-35 m2) consist in part of a separate living and bedroom with a balcony and have either a bath or shower & WC. Some are equipped with air conditioning. Our rooms are uniques. Variations from images and ground-plans are possible.

The Comfort Rooms Oberwirt(approx. 35-45 m2) are spacious double rooms with bath or shower & WC, some having a separate living area and bedroom. The majority has a balcony and some come with air conditioning. Our rooms are uniques. Variations from images and ground-plans are possible.

The living quarters of the five Tower Suites (approx. 40-45 m2) are located in the small tower. These are romantic suites, of which four are particularly peaceful, overlooking the garden. The fifth, traditional tower suite looks out to the east and has a romantic living room that can be accessed by a staircase. There is a balcony here to captivate you with its fabulous view of the entire Meraner Land region. Our rooms are uniques. Variations from images and ground-plans are possible.

Four of the five luxurious Rose Suites (approx. 45-55 m2) have an integrated single room and are therefore ideal as family rooms. All of the Rose Suites are furnished with high quality pine and walnut furniture, have marble bathrooms with bath & WC and some come with a shower. Our rooms are uniques. The most beautiful and spacious room in the hotel (approx. 90 m2) consists of a separate living space and bedroom, and has a romantic free-standing bath, a marble bathroom and 2 toilets. The furnishings are a successful combination of traditional and modern... pine and walnut paired with white leather come together to produce a magnificent and airy atmosphere. In addition there is a flat screen TV, Bose stereo equipment and air conditioning as standard. Our rooms are uniques. Variations from images and ground-plans are possible.
