The Oberwirt kitchen team, under the leadership of head chef Werner Seidner, manages to inspire even world-class gourmets time and again with South Tyrolean delicacies and Mediterranean highlights... Enjoy dishes such as "Home-made carrot and ginger ravioli with baked scallops" or the classic "Spaghetti Oberwirt". The restaurant team, under the leadership of manager Lukas Felderer and wine expert Marco Unterhauser, is responsible for our welcoming and professional service. They will also be delighted to recommend suitable wines from the Oberwirt's legendary wine list.
Our restaurant is open for business during hotel opening hours. For the eight months that the hotel is open we work without a day off and are open from 11:30 to 14:00 (a menu of light dishes is available in the afternoon) and from 18:30 to 21:30. Food is served in the Turmstube, Herrenstube, Bauernstube and Ritterstube parlours and in the garden when the weather is fine.
