What would the Oberwirt be without its famously well-selected wine menu? Our main focus is on top South Tyrolean and Italian wines – in addition we also offer a delicious range of international labels. It takes a good deal of time, knowledge and passion to be able to offer you this excellent selection of around 600 classic and new wines every year.
Our restaurant manager and wine buyer Marco Unterhauser is dedicated to this important task, and every day he will be at your side, along with Lukas Felderer and our wine waiter, Heinrich Prinoth, with the best wine recommendations.
A weekly highlight is the fascinating wine tasting session that Heinrich Prinoth organises in our wine cellar. And of course our own top class blends Gloria Dei (Ex Cantante) and the sensational red Baccará – both grown by Josef Waldner himself – are not to be missed.
