Vegetable tart
(for 10 tarts)
Ingredients:
- 1 carrot, 1 courgette, 1 onion
- 1 eggplant, 1 celery, 1 leek
- 1 sheet filo pastry
- 50 g butter
- 300 g cream
- 3 eggs
- salt, pepper
Preparation:
Cut the different vegetables into small cubes and braise them in a hot pan. Butter 10 timbale forms, place the filo pastry in the timbale forms and fill them to the centre line with the braised vegetables.
Beat cream and eggs together, season with salt and pepper. Spoon the mixture over the vegetables, spread cut to edge of the timbale forms. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 175 degrees.
Serve with tomato sauce or let the tarts cool slightly and serve them at your grill party!
