The Oberwirt kitchen team, under the leadership of head chef Werner Seidner, inspires even world-class gourmets time and again... Traditional South Tyrolean delicacies are paired with Mediterranean highlights. Enjoy tempting dishes such as the Home made carrot-ginger ravioli with roasted scallop; or the roasted saddle of wild boar on Cassis sauce, the roasted gilthead with fresh herbs or one of our classics: the Spaghettini noodles Oberwirt style.
Restaurant manager Lukas Felderer, wine expert Marco Unterhauser and their team are responsible for the welcoming and professional service. They will also be delighted to recommend suitable wines from the Oberwirt’s excellent selection in the wine cellar.
You can treat yourself in our restaurant whenever the hotel is open. During these eight months we are open every day from 11.30 am to 2 pm (we offer a range of small dishes on an afternoon) and from 6.30 to 9.30 pm. Food is served in the Turmstube, Herrenstube, Bauernstube and Ritterstube, and in the garden during good weather. On an evening, we recommend that you reserve a table.
