The Oberwirt kitchen team, under the leadership of head chef Werner Seidner, inspires even world-class gourmets time and again... Traditional South Tyrolean delicacies are paired with Mediterranean highlights such as tempting pasta, risotto and fish dishes. The continuously changing specialities of the day and the appropriate romantic menu always contain varied, market-fresh delicacies for gourmets. Look forward to asparagus dishes in the spring, mushroom dishes in late summer, game specialities and truffle delicacies in autumn...
Restaurant manager Marco Unterhauser together with Lukas Felderer and their team are responsible for the welcoming and professional service, and they will also be delighted to recommend suitable wines from the Oberwirt’s excellent selection in the wine cellar.
You can treat yourself in our restaurant whenever the hotel is open. During these eight months we are open every day from 11.30 am to 2 pm (we offer a range of small dishes on an afternoon) and from 6.30 to 9.30 pm. Food is served in the Turmstube, Herrenstube, Bauernstube and Ritterstube, and in the garden during good weather. On an evening, we recommend that you reserve a table.
