Kitchen chef Werner Seidner and Maitre and wine waiter Heinrich Prinoth and their teams are ready to give your palate a treat with a variety of five-course half-board menus and will be pleased to attend to your individual wishes and needs. Just ask if you have any special requests, and for vegetarian menus, menus suitable for allergy sufferers or for the popular 1001 calorie menu, so that you can enjoy our mouth-watering treats yet more easily and more healthily.
The half-board menu is served between 7 and 8.30 pm in the Jägerstube and Franz Liszt Stube and - weather permitting - in the garden.
