The Oberwirt cook book

On 10. September 2010 the big moment finally arrived: in the company of more than 100 invited guests, our freshly published cook book "Einfach - aber genial" was presented to guests and friends of the Oberwirt as part of a major celebration. Time and time again, our guests asked us for our recipes and details of our secret ingredients. By publishing the cook book we realised a long-held dream and duly celebrated 25 years of service by our head chef Werner Seidner.

It was an exciting day! Preparations for the book required a great deal of time and work, as we wanted to create a very special cook book with unique, simple dishes and an elegant design. All dishes have been delightfully presented for you and professionally photographed. Page after page you will find a sensuous experience packed with tips and recommendations for suitable wines by our wine expert Marco Unterhauser.
